My webinars for online activities are ready
I had told you that I was preparing a set of webinars for online activities. They are now ready!
I practice Linguistic Empathy and I expect you to do the same. Please bear with me if my English is not perfect.
I had initially thought to create a single webinar for online activities. As I created and tested games, however, I realized that one wouldn’t have been not enough. First of all because the activities and games I want to propose apply to different spheres. Not all of them are necessarily of common interest.
The other reason is that getting an online group to play takes a lot of time. Especially if you want to share a satisfactory number of games and activities. Of course, I want those who participate in my webinars to be satisfied, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
However, since keeping a person sitting in front of a screen for too long is difficult, I decided to create multiple webinars on different topics, and not to make them last longer than one hour and a half each (with the exception of the one for coaches). This unless the enthusiasm, as I hope, will be skyrocketing, and you decide to stay a little longer.
HERE you can find all the webinars, dates, price and modalities. Let me give you some more details.
Webinars
My webinars for online activities are based on the Learning by Doing methodology. That is, I will make you play games for you to learn them. There will be a short introductory part, common to all webinars, during which I share what I have learned in a myriad of online meetings with my Expatclic team, with my coaching clients, and during my online intercultural training. After that, we will start playing. All games and activities will be followed by a short debriefing.
Here are some details of each webinar:
- Icebreakers and presentations: I will show you (and let you play) ten activities that you can use at the beginning of your online meetings to get the group members to know each other in a light and playful way. You can also use them any time during the meeting to lighten the atmosphere or dissolve any tension.
- Team building activities: it is important to know that the seven activities I will show you are designed for a group whose members already know each other at least a bit, and have possibly already worked together. During the webinar, you will go through the activities with a group of people you don’t know. I invite you not to focus on the impression these activities will give you individually. You have to consider playing them in an already formed team. They are fun activities, which also involve a little bit of preparation prior to the webinar. If you sign up, I will ask you to send me something beforehand.
- Activities for intercultural trainers I and II: two webinars focused on the same topic, but which I propose in two different moments because the activities I show are too many to manage in a single webinar. All of them require a minimum of experience in the field of intercultural training and group management.
- Webinar for coaches: I will guide you through seven activities. The first five focus on values, and the two final ones are to make a brief foray into career coaching. All can be done both in individual and group coaching programmes. Some activities are quite dense. If you are an experienced coach, you may already know some of them. Contact me in case of doubts.
For the moment I propose a first set of webinars from 5th to 18th May. HERE you can find the details of the dates. What is important to know is that you have to count at least an hour and a half of time. Depending on the composition of the group, the level of participation and interest, we may decide to make the webinar last half an hour longer.
Price
For the launch of my first set of webinars for online activities, I apply a highly symbolic price (details HERE), hoping it will allow everyone to participate. If you are interested in attending more than two webinars, please contact me to discuss a possible discount.
Modality
If you are interested in participating in one or more webinars, I invite you to register from the webinars page. Once you have completed the very short form, you will be added to the list of participants. When (and if) we reach the minimum number to ensure the success of the webinar, I will ask you to proceed with the payment. You can conveniently pay via Paypal (it is not necessary to have a Paypal account, just a credit card). After payment, you will receive the link to zoom. Zoom is a very simple online communication software. Just click on the link to access the chat room. During the webinar I will also show you some zoom features that can help you better manage your online meetings.
For any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact me directly.
I’ll wait for you and remember … never stop playing!
